BOOKING CONDITIONS

To book a place on one of our tours we just need your deposit (see table below), and your contact information; email, contact phone number and your postal address.

CROATIA	£100 PER VEHICLE
ARCTIC RUSSIA	£250 PER PERSON

Full payment is required 28 days before a tour start date.

CANCELLATIONS Deposits are made so that you can reserve your place on a tour, sometimes at the expense of someone else wanting to join. Therefore, unless in exceptional circumstances, deposits are not normally returned. If you have already paid in full then the following applies: Cancellations between 28 and 14 days before a tour starts will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee Cancellations between 14 and 1 day before a tour starts will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee

If you have paid a deposit, but then cancel the tour, you will not loose this deposit. Although it will not normally be refunded, you can use it on a future tour!! If World 4x4 Adventures, for whatever reason, changes dates or other arrangements that were published on this site at the time you booked, apart from those ammended due to circumstances beyond our control, you have the right to cancel and get a full refund.
