To book a place on one of our tours we just need your deposit (see amounts below), and your contact information; ie, email and a contact phone number.

Full payment required 28 days before the tour start date.

Full payment required two months before the tour start date.

Payment can be made by cheque, postal order or cash. (Always send cash by registered post!)

Deposits are made so that you can reserve your place on a tour, sometimes at the expense of someone else wanting to join. Therefore, unless in exceptional circumstances, deposits are not normally returned.

If you have already paid in full then the following applies:
Cancellations between 28 and 14 days before a tour starts will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 14 and 1 day before a tour starts will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

We like to be fair, so if you if you have paid a deposit but then subsequently need to cancel, we'll let you use this deposit on a future tour!!
If World 4x4 Adventures, for whatever reason, changes dates or other arrangements that were published on this site at the time you booked, apart from those ammended due to circumstances beyond our control, you have the right to cancel and get a full refund.
