Free Wales Weekend Get Together - Dates to be confirmed

A free weekend get together for those booked on a 2011 World4x4 tour.
Saturday we'll be out laning on some of the most stunning tracks in the country and Sunday will be on a private site, all in the stunning hills of North Wales.
For those who would like to join us, but who haven't booked a tour with us, the cost is £20 per vehicle a day, but this will be refunded if you book a tour later.

We'll be staying at our usual base, Bill's Wilderness Farm near Wrexham, where's there's camping (£6 per person) and an on-site B+B in the old mill house. (£20) You're welcome to cook your own food, but there is breakfast available for campers at £5 per person. You can come up on Friday evening, you can meet us at Bill's on Saturday morning, or, if you are coming from the South you can meet us near Oswestry.

Normal sensibilities apply… We kindly request that your vehicle be fitted with A/T tyres as a minimum requirement, along with recovery points, a suitable tow rope and shackles. .
Some of the tracks will cut through are quite narrow where the bushes might cause some issues with your paintwork, but hopefully nothing serious. But please bear in mind that this weekend is not intended as an introduction to green laning or off-roading, so if you are unsure of your, or your vehicle’s, capabilities then please contact us before hand.

Children and pets are welcome, but are your responsibility at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse further participation to anyone deemed to be behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Anyone judged not to be thoroughly enjoying themselves at all times will be dealt with effectively and immediately.

The £20 fee (if you have to pay it) does not cover your food, accommodation or sheep.


     


Numbers are of course limited, so please contact us to let us know you are coming and what your preferences for accommodation d food are, and we’ll arrange them for you.
It’s not essential, but we would prefer that payment be made before the weekend. Cheques should be made payable to World 4x4 Adventures and sent to the address on the Bookings page
